  • RENT HARD COPY or PDF
    You can choose between renting a hard copy or a PDF. The PDF will be attached after the contract is signed and the funds are in the account. If you wish to receive a hard copy, please allow 2-3 business days after we receive your signed contract to prepare the materials for shipment. Consequently, we will ship the materials on the fourth business day after receiving your signed contract and once the payment is confirmed in our account.
  • LICENSING and RENTAL FEE
    The fee will depend on the volume of rental work. For example, renting all three movements of the entire Concerto for Marimba and Orchestra will be more expensive than renting just one movement. The fee will be specified in the LICENSING CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT.
  • RENTAL PERIOD
    A rental period is 10 weeks before the first performance. You can request an extension if you require the music sooner than this timeframe. The rental fee for such extensions is 10% of the first performance fee for every extra week requested.
  • OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
    Cancellations made before materials are shipped from our library will not incur any fees. If a concert is cancelled after the rental materials have been received and the rental copy has been sent as a PDF, this copy must be destroyed and cannot be kept in the database. While rental fees will be refunded, a charge of $150 AUD will apply to cover the time and preparation of a licensing contract and the dispatch of scores and parts to the recipient. Concerts cancelled after the performance date specified in your order form will not receive any credit; all charges will remain as originally invoiced.

Below is a complete overview of our policies, offerings, and services. This page provides a list of scores available for rent, which are required to obtain a performance license for these works. A License is required for live performances as well as for using video and sound recordings.

We are unable to rent directly to individual soloists or students. However, we are happy to work with the organisation or orchestra coordinating the concert performance.

Please download the form to input information for creating a Licensing Agreement Contract. After we receive the FORM to create a Contract, we will provide a Licensing Contractual Agreement that outlines the rental price alongside all terms and conditions. If you decide not to proceed with the rental after examining the contract, you are under no obligation to continue. Please inform us via email that you wish to cancel your order, or you may disregard the contract altogether.​
